2.2 Number of Accounts

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is a prohibited offence and may result in all accounts being suspended or closed. Accumulated balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension. As part of the identity verification process, dc89 may request identification documents or other records from a member at any time.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. You should not share this information with any third party. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact the dc89 support team immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on dc89 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (via major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposits are not accepted through any method other than those listed.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, delays may occur if identity verification is required or a security review is in progress.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on dc89 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT). Transactions in foreign currencies may be converted automatically, and dc89 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

3.4 Fraud Prevention

In the event of suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity, dc89 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction. Accounts found to be involved in such activity may be permanently closed and accumulated funds may be forfeited.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at dc89, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳24,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Every bonus comes with wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus earnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses multiple times through different accounts, using opposing betting strategies, or attempting to exploit the system by any other means — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a set validity period that starts from the date the bonus is activated. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled after expiry. The validity period of each bonus will be stated on the relevant promotion page.

Gaming Rules & Betting Regulations

5.1 Betting Limits

dc89 sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and market. These limits may vary by game or event. dc89 reserves the right to change limits if unusual betting patterns are detected.

5.2 Right to Cancel Bets

dc89 reserves the right to cancel any bet in the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error.
• If the event is cancelled or suspended and no official result has been announced.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity by a member is found.
• If incorrect information is published due to an error by a data feed or information provider.

5.3 Determining Results

The results of all sporting events are determined on the basis of the final official results published by the relevant authority. In the event of any dispute over a result, dc89's decision shall be final.

5.4 Technical Failures

If a game or bet remains incomplete due to a server outage, loss of internet connection, or any other technical issue, dc89 will determine the outcome based on the game data available at that time. dc89 is not responsible for failures in a user's internet connection.

VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

dc89's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers weekly cashback benefits — up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver, and up to 1.5% at Gold. Members can move up to a higher tier based on regular and active participation.

• VIP benefits may be changed at any time at dc89's discretion.
• VIP tier status is non-transferable and is tied to the account.
• VIP benefits are cancelled if an account is closed or suspended.
• The method for calculating cashback is determined based on dc89's internal rules.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Using any software bots, automation tools, or hacking programs on the platform.
• Operating multiple accounts or managing an account on behalf of another person.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Attempting to exploit any bug or vulnerability in the gaming system.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other members.
• Opening an account using a false identity or incorrect information.

Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure by dc89

dc89 may suspend or close any account without prior notice if these Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is proven, or due to regulatory requirements. In such cases, any balance connected to the breach of Terms may be forfeited.

11.2 Closure by Member

Any member may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Before the account is closed, all pending bets will be settled and any valid balance will be returned.
